Competency Profiling is a foundational consulting service. It involves Competency Mapping for each Position, meaning we work with your HR team to define exactly which skills, knowledge, and behaviors are needed for optimal performance in a specific role before the assessment or hiring process begins.

Yes. Full, written consent from the candidate is required for us to legally perform background checks, especially those involving financial or criminal records.
