Meike is one of the founders of the DayaLima Family, which started with PT Daya Dimensi Indonesia back in 1998. Her main role has always been in business development, which she translates into helping organizations better understand their needs and priorities. She feels excited to be able to assist organizations in achieving their desired goals through people initiatives and to support them in creating impact for their stakeholders.

Prior to the years in the Human Capital Consulting, Meike started her career as a journalist in both the electronic as well as print media. She has a bachelors degree from FEUI, and has always been curious about philosophy, history, and languages–especially Bahasa Indonesia.

Her current focus is in the Nenilai initiative, a national values assessment program that was launched together by a working group of 5 organizations (including Dayalima) in 2020. She is now enrolled in a global fellowship program exploring the importance of values for humanity.

Meike also enjoys facilitating personal leadership journey programs, both for executives as well as for future leaders. She is honored to have served and supported various prominent and upcoming institutions in over 25 years of her career in human capital development and organizational transformation.
