Happiness comes in many forms. To Endah, it is in helping others realize and reach their true potential by assisting them in their professional growth. Endah and her friends founded Daya Dimensi Indonesia for that exact reason in 1998. Over the years, Endah showed leadership and versatility in managing the business, from consultant, relationship builder, and finance to director and commissioner.

As an accounting graduate and former auditor, Endah is one to take calculated risks and be meticulous with details. Aside from her role as the commissioner of the Dayalima Group, Endah actively oversees the group’s other businesses and projects–such as Dayalima Recruitment, Dayainara, and Nenilai. Endah is also a senior lecturer in her alma mater at Universitas Indonesia.
