Who can participate in the 1-on-1 career consultation program?

This program is open to students, interns, new graduates, jobseekers, and working professionals at various levels. The service can be purchased by individuals, educational institutions (like universities), or companies.

What is the key difference between consulting with a Career Consultant vs. a Psychologist?

Career Consultant: Focuses on strategic, practical, and actionable aspects (e.g., career tips, CV creation, interview simulations, job search strategies, personal branding, and building professional connections).
Psychologist: Focuses on psychological and emotional challenges (e.g., managing work stress, burnout, psychological pressure, work-life balance, evaluating career paths, and providing reflection strategies for feeling “stuck”).

What is the duration of each online consultation session?

Each session lasts between 45 to 60 minutes.

If an individual feels "stuck" in their career or studies, which session is right for them?

Both can help: The Consultant focuses on external strategy and practical next steps; the Psychologist focuses on internal evaluation, motivation, and addressing the underlying psychological pressure.

How do I schedule a session?

Reservation can only be made after payment is completed. The Dayalima team will then confirm the schedule based on the availability of the consultant or psychologist.

What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Cancellation or changes to the schedule must be requested a minimum of 48 hours prior to the scheduled session time.
