Our RPO solutions begin with a consultation on the business vision the client strive to achieve over the next several years, and the strategies in place to reach its targets.
Our team then conducts talent mapping to find candidates from the right source and talent pools, and generates a database of potential candidates based on requirement in determining the right person. We administer and process candidate CVs, conduct testing and evaluation processes, as well as interviews. We can also assist in the additional processes, such as health tests, final interviews and on-boarding programs.
