Endah Susilaningtyas Afiff – President Commisioner & Co-Founder
Endah has more than 20 years consulting experience. She began her career as a Finance and Management consultant and in the last 14 years she has been working in the area of business development and consultative sales that encompasses a broad spectrum of recruitment, assessment, learning and development, competency profiling and performance management. Endah has an MBA graduated from University of Colorado in Boulder, USA. Endah works with a wide range of organizations across industries in Indonesia including prominent banking/financial corporations and mining industries.

Meike Malaon – Commisioner & Co-Founder
Before entering the consulting industry in 1996, Meike started her career in communication and journalism. She has been advising various prominent organizations in Indonesia with regards to HR systems implementation and people development for over 15 years. Her focusis in the areas of leadership selection, learning, competency profiling and performance enhancement. Meike graduated from Economic Faculty of University of Indonesia. Her clients include established companies in banking, energy, automotive, consumer products and telecommunication services.

Rozan Anwar – President Director & Co-Founder
Rozan has been a consultant in HR processes and practices for over 15 years. He is a qualified Master Trainer for DDI technology who has also acted as Strategic Consultant and Advisor for PT Daya Dimensi Indonesia since 1998. During his time with DDI, Rozan developed its business by partnering with other organizations to work under Daya Dimensi Indonesia Group. In addition, he has established the Better Indonesia Foundation (YILB) as part of his social responsibility call. He is now also a member of Governing Board of IPMI and Jakarta Institute of Art (IKJ). He was also a lecturer in Marketing, HRM, and Organizational Behavior in University of Trisakti, Department of Economics from 1993 – 2003 and STEKPI in 1994 – 1995. He acquired an MBA degree in 1992 and a Doctorate degree from University of Indonesia, FISIP, Department of Public Administration, in 2009.

Vina G. Pendit – Director & Co-Founder
Highlights of her career in Daya Dimensi Indonesia include the role of General Manager of Selection and Assesment Service from 1998 to 2002 and Director of Selection and Assesment Services from 2002 to 2006. She had been involved in various high-profile projects for well known oil and energy companies, cement industry, as well as the government’s financial authorities. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from University of Indonesia at 1990 then obtained her master degree in Social and Political Science at University of Indonesia in 2012. With the establishment of DLR, her passion and enormous experience in selection and assessment from her time in DDI will become an invaluable asset to provide excellent service and performance in even more high-profile projects in the future.

Helga-HerawatiHelga Herawati – Director
With over 15 years of experience in the human capital industry with a strong focus in recruitment, Helga has developed strengths and experience in Executive Search, Mid-Level Placements, Staffing and Outsourcing Solutions including Career Transition. Prior to her career at DayaLima Recruitment, she has spent years at a US based leading global provider of workforce solutions, where she has proven track record in driving the strategic direction and implementation of large scale projects at key account clients in Indonesia. Helga has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Trisakti University and completed a 2 year Mandarin course at Beijing Language & Culture University. Helga also spent 6 years in the technology sector in Indonesia and Singapore.
