Founded in 1998 – a challenging year for the nation – , Daya Dimensi Indonesia has been the strategic partner of Development Dimensions International, a behavioural-based human resources consultant headquartered in Pittsburgh. Originally specialized in talent management and assessment, Daya Dimensi Indonesia’s excellent business conduct through the period of political and social turmoil in Indonesia has led clients to demand for a new function: Recruitment.

The year 2000 was an important milestone as the company started a new business program to perform recruitment services. In the years that followed, the mere ‘business program’ grew successfully and served more diverse clients with different talent requirements.

Finally, to maintain integrity and serve the clients better, the ‘business program’ was transformed into an independent entity, Dayalima Recruitment, in 2012.

Today, Dayalima Recruitment has evolved as a company that provides full recruitment services for individual assignment and project recruitment. Our portfolio includes successful placements of potential talents from mid-level to senior level position in various industries.

Endah Susilaningtyas AfiffEndah Susilaningtyas Afiff – President Commisioner & Co-Founder
Endah has more than 20 years consulting experience. She began her career as a Finance and Management consultant and in the last 14 years she has been working in the area of business development and consultative sales that encompasses a broad spectrum of recruitment, assessment, learning and development, competency profiling and performance management. Endah has an MBA graduated from University of Colorado in Boulder, USA. Endah works with a wide range of organizations across industries in Indonesia including prominent banking/financial corporations and mining industries.

 

Meike MalaonMeike Malaon – Commisioner & Co-Founder
Before entering the consulting industry in 1996, Meike started her career in communication and journalism. She has been advising various prominent organizations in Indonesia with regards to HR systems implementation and people development for over 15 years. Her focusis in the areas of leadership selection, learning, competency profiling and performance enhancement. Meike graduated from Economic Faculty of University of Indonesia. Her clients include established companies in banking, energy, automotive, consumer products and telecommunication services.

 

 

Rozan AnwarRozan Anwar – President Director & Co-Founder
Rozan has been a consultant in HR processes and practices for over 15 years. He is a qualified Master Trainer for DDI technology who has also acted as Strategic Consultant and Advisor for PT Daya Dimensi Indonesia since 1998. During his time with DDI, Rozan developed its business by partnering with other organizations to work under Daya Dimensi Indonesia Group. In addition, h and enormous experience in selection and assessment from her time in DDI will become an invaluable asset to provide excellent service and performance in even more high-profile projects in the future.

 

Helga HerawatiHelga Herawati – Director
With over 15 years of experience in the human capital industry with a strong focus in recruitment, Helga has developed strengths and experience in Executive Search, Mid-Level Placements, Staffing and Outsourcing Solutions including Career Transition. Prior to her career at DayaLima Recruitment, she has spent years at a US based leading global provider of workforce solutions, where she has proven track record in driving the strategic direction and implementation of large scale projects at key account clients in Indonesia. Helga has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Trisakti University and completed a 2 year Mandarin course at Beijing Language & Culture University. Helga also spent 6 years in the technology sector in Indonesia and Singapore.
